Thank you for choosing the Cybit IT website or app. We invite you to carefully review this policy on cancelling or refunding services before submitting any order. The following terms apply to your order with us.

Definitions
For this Refund Policy:
- Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Cybit IT;
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Cybit IT Inc., Toronto, Ontario, Canada;
- Services refer to the works offered for sale on the Service;
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us;
- Website refers to Cybit IT, accessible from cybitit.com;
- You: Means the individual, the business, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual or business is accessing or using Cybit IT Service, as applicable.
Order Cancellation Rights
Monthly Service:
You are entitled to cancel a monthly order within the first thirty calendar days. The deadline for cancelling a monthly order is thirty calendar days from when you pay or receive the Services.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by submitting your Cancellation request on the “Contact Us” page.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 business days from the day we receive the Services Cancellation request on the web link above. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
One-Time Service:
You are entitled to cancel a one-time order before you receive the Service.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision using a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by submitting your Cancellation request on the “Contact Us” page.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 business days from the day we receive the Services Cancellation request on the web link above. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refunds
In order for the Services to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- The Monthly Services have been purchased in the last thirty calendar days;
- The One-time Services have not been received from us;
- The provided Services are not working;
- You have the original receipt of the order.

You will not have any right to cancel an Order/Service for any of the following conditions:
- The Monthly Services cancellation is more than thirty calendar days;
- The One-time Services cancellation is within or after receiving the services;
- The Services functionally is working;
- The Services/Products are delivered;
- The Services/Products have included a third-party Licence key;
- The source of payment is different at the time of refunding;
- The Services have been paid, and you would like to get additional Services for the same fee;
- The Services are made to your specifications or personalized;
- The Services/Products which their nature are unsuitable to be cancelled or where the date of expiry is over;
- The Services/Products are unsuitable for cancellation due to licence protection have unsealed after delivery;
- The Services which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other orders or services;
- The digital content services are not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and you have acknowledged your loss of cancellation right.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any service, licence, merchandise that does not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Services may be refunded. Unfortunately, Services on Promotion/Discount cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
