To cancel an order, please follow these steps:
If your order has already been processed, the 'Cancel' option will be unavailable in your orders section. However, we will initiate the refund process upon receipt of your cancellation request through the designated option in your Cybit IT account. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days and credited to the original payment method used. No additional fees will be deducted from your reimbursement.
Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
You already cancelled your subscription for the service/product;
You already cancelled your order for the service/product;
The provided services are not working;
You are responsible for the cost and risk of cancelling services/products with us and third parties.
You will not have the right to cancel an order/service under any of the following conditions:
Ordered services/products on sale/promotion/discount;
Ordered services/products used by promo code or gift card;
The subscription cancellation is requested more than billing cycle after the order;
The order cancellation is requested within or after receiving the services/products;
The services are functioning correctly;
The services/products have been delivered;
The services/products include a third-party license key;
The source of payment is different at the time of refunding;
You have paid for the services and wish to receive additional services for the same fee;
The services are made to your specifications or personalized;
The services/products are unsuitable for cancellation due to their nature or expiration date;
The services/products are unsuitable for cancellation due to license protection and have been unsealed after delivery;
The services, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other orders or services according to their nature;
The digital content services are not supplied on a tangible medium, and the performance has begun with your prior express consent, acknowledging your loss of cancellation rights;
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any service, product, license, or merchandise that does not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular priced services may be refunded. Unfortunately, services/products on sale, promotion or discount cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Disclaimer
We cannot be held responsible for services that malfunction or are damaged after delivery. Therefore, we recommend requesting our specialists or technicians to demonstrate that the problem has been resolved and that services have been fully delivered.
Gifts
If the services/products were marked as a gift when ordered and then delivered to you or someone else, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your cancelled order. Once the service cancellation request is approved, you will be emailed an electronic Cybit IT Gift Card.
