How do I get qualified for a 30-day refund?
If you are unsatisfied with Cybit IT Managed IT & Network, Website & App Design, Digital Marketing & SEO, and Graphic Design services, you can ask for a refund during the first 30 days from the order date. Refunds are carried out regardless of the order amount and total price. Please submit a refund request from your personal or business Cybit IT account to qualify for a refund. What is a Remote session?
At the appointed time, one of our specialists or technicians will guide you through the connection process and safely and securely connect to your Computer or Server via remote access. Once connected via remote access, the specialists or technician will review the issue you would like to resolve and then get to work. Once completed, the specialists or technician will confirm that you are satisfied and disconnect. You are in control of the session at all times and can terminate at any time.
What is an Onsite session?
The Onsite session typically is for a Managed IT & Network service and visiting your office or store at the appointed time. One of our specialists or technicians will show up at your home or business. You can use the engineer’s time as you wish to resolve all of your technical issues. Cybit IT specialists resolve 95% of cases onsite and within few hours. What if a Managed IT or Network problem re-occurs?
No worries! Customer service is paramount to Cybit IT. If your IT problem re-occurs within seven days after the service delivery, one of our specialists or technicians will set up a remote or onsite session to fix it again FREE of charge. We will do our best to fix the issue if it can be fixed.

I need multiple IT services. How to proceed?

Can a Cybit IT service subscription be cancelled?
Absolutely. The subscription can be cancelled from your personal or business Cybit IT account. In this case, no more recurrent charges will be made. However, you may not be entitled to receive Customer support services for monthly services later on.
Where can I use a Cybit IT gift card?
Cybit IT Gift Cards are accepted by the cybitit.com website and authorized sellers only.
How long is the Cybit IT Gift Card valid?
Cybit IT Gift Cards can be spent with no charges for 12 months following the purchase date. After this time, a monthly charge of $2 will be deducted from the funds remaining on the card until the card balance reaches zero.
I lost my Cybit IT Gift Card. What should I do?
To report a lost or stolen card, immediately contact the Cybit IT team on the Contact Us page. Please note you must have your card number to block further use and a re-issue fee of $20 will apply.
How can I check the balance on my Cybit IT gift card?
By signing into your user account, you can check the balance on a Cybit IT Gift Card online.
Can a Cybit IT gift card be topped up?
No. It is not possible to top up Cybit IT Gift Cards after being topped up once.
Can Cybit IT give me cash back from my Gift Card?
No. We cannot provide cash back from the balance on the Gift Card. If the total amount of the card is not spent, then the balance remains on the card.
What will happen if I do not renew a service subscription?
If you choose not to renew your service subscription, it will remain operative till it expires. After the service subscription expires, getting calls or email technical support will be impossible. We highly recommend you keep your service subscription if you need technical support via email or call.
How to get my invoice with the VAT/Tax ID itemized for the orders?
Cybit IT’s head office is located in Toronto, Canada, and our business VAT/Tax ID is 750664500RT0001. Please be advised that this is not a European VAT/Tax number.
How do I get my refund?
Cybit IT refunds all its IT services to the original payment method. We do not change the payment method.
My bank account got charged twice for the same order. What should I do?
Please submit and attach the proof of transactions to our Finance department on the “Contact Us” page. You should provide us with details for the invoice, and such requests are handled within three business days.
I entered the wrong email address while ordering. What should I do?
Please contact our Support team on the “Contact Us” page and provide us with your correct email. We will change the email to the correct one within two business days.
I have not received the service which I ordered. What should I do?
Make sure that you have submitted your Email address correctly on the Checkout page. Please check your email “Bulk/Junk” folder to see if your anti-spam filters have held the email. I received a request to send a copy of my Passport, Driver's License or Credit/Debit Card. Is it legal?
Yes, even if the merchant system accepts the Credit Card, we keep the right for our anti-fraud verification. In all fraudulent activity online, the corporation always suffers a loss.
